Man, what a slog it was setting up my son's PC vs setting up a Mac. Endless permissions windows, telling countless MS programs to go away over and over again, pointless bloatware, annoying stickers...what a headache. Windows is an OS for masochists and little kids.

I really enjoy Bluesky, even though the Thai-based peeps are super limited. I mostly use it to keep up on world news, but the more I read about the world news, the less I want to know about world news. Yikes.

Really didn't enjoy the new Superman movie. Perhaps I'm just too tied to the Reeve versions I watched obsessively as a kid, but this new one was a pretty basic monster/robot sci-fi flick. It lacked heart and emotional resonance.
