I hope that those who organized to make this happen have taken at least one day to celebrate what they made possible.
Ending the Avelo contract with DHS also a big win. And a place where, as with many fights against logistical networks, local action against a national or international problem can be surprisingly effective. New Haven is its biggest airport! And they got the mayor against the airline.
