I'd make sure my household is safe, secure, housed, etc., and then also focus on skill building focused on community support. Take Stop the Bleed classes, go through EMT courses, get really good at sewing, get HVAC repair certs, etc.
Honest question: If everyone got Universal Basic Income, no strings attached, what would YOU do with it?
