I bumped into the full Anthony Horowitz Bond-quote podcast. He said several things that provided context, and though he sympathised with a taste for rigid continuity he mostly put it on the audience, expecting us to struggle 'getting past' Bond's emphatic death, and not just in continuity terms.

My favourite Udo Kier role was a voice performance of his, Professor Pericles from Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated. I'd issue a spoiler warning, but he's a talking parrot voiced by Udo Kier so of course he's going to have sinister intentions.

Happy Doccy Who Day! In case you missed it, here's a website with all sorts of Doctor Who quizzes and games that @andrewblair.co.uk made and I co-wrote some questions for. The Taskmaster and Strictly rounds really separate the men from the... men who also watch other TV shows, I guess.

It's a bunch of quizzes about Doctor Who, each more fiendish than the last.

Feeling a bit low, probably because outside weather, brain weather and work weather are all a bit grey and rainy. I think I'd like some sort of escape room game on my PC. Something affordable and fun and polished. Do you have any suggestions?

I wouldn't have given Tom Cruise his Oscar at some sort adjunct, untelevised ceremony. I would have put it in a high-tech vault in the middle of the stage and challenged him to steal it during the live broadcast.

Folks, I really need some help. For the last 10-15 days, I've been pretty much out of action, which has put me two weeks behind on promoting my Film Stories 500 show in London next week.

I'd be grateful for any help/support in getting the word out.

Thank you.
