Always know what your target is, and what is *behind it*.
These threats to move have proven hollow enough that it's time to just ignore them.
A) They’re not going to do this.
B) If you’re not going to buy into the social contract then don’t expect to be protected by it. This is something past elites at least slightly acknowledged. If today’s elite think they can live apart from the social contract, well, good luck to them I guess.
