Love this idea except I don't trust my state government either 🫠
I’m thinking about federal income tax.
If the federal government isn’t meeting its obligations why should we?
Specifically, I’d love to see states get the money first and hold it in trust pending litigation. I want to pay my taxes but not to a government that doesn’t respect the constitution.

I have been crying for days over that female anglerfish who swam to the surface. Yesterday I saw a comment that said "I hope she's reincarnated as a bird" and I literally started sobbing.

Unfortunately starting a new non-wfh job tomorrow but I've at least been having fun buying a new wardrobe on depop. I've gotten so many great pieces for $10-$20 and I love knowing I'm not directly supporting any corporations or sweatshops 😌

Audiobooks are also important for accessibility! I struggle to read with ADHD but I can listen to audiobooks and absorb more info. It's also great if you don't have enough free time to sit and read but can listen while you drive, cook, clean, etc
This debate over whether or not audiobooks count as reading has made me realize that lots of people view reading as a kind of chore. “I got more reading points than you!” It’s weird and sad.
