cis people on the skyline are genuinely more distressed by karoline leavitt’s lip fillers than the fact that congress just said, “what we should do is put any doctor or pharmacist in prison who gives lifesaving medical care to this specific kind of child we find gross.”
Bluesky tonight is neatly divided between trans people and family members appropriately angry and freaking out and everyone else who has barely noticed.

It's especially egregious to start another fucking war over oil when other nations like China, India and the EU have been actively, and successfully, phasing out fossil fuels. Yes. America depends on gas-powered cars, its ingrained in our culture, but we haven't even made a real effort to switch.

I see why Newsom wants to be identified with Reagan, because just like Reagan, he’s abandoning LGBTQ people. Also he’s a neoliberal enabler of capitalist domination and control.
The presidency once served as a reminder of our common humanity. Ronald Reagan described its purpose as building "a nation composed of good and decent people."

WE DON’T WANT THIS.
Mozilla has a new CEO and he just announced that Firefox will evolve into a modern AI browser. This is a good example of how management doesn’t understand its own user base and why they go out of their way to install Firefox on Windows, Android, iOS and other devices blog.mozilla.org/en/mozilla/l...

When I’ve written about Elsa chatbots and Marvel actress deepfakes, people always eagerly respond that Disney will surely sue the AI companies. Didn’t happen. Instead, they joined forces with them. You can’t trust corporate America to do what’s right, not even for them, once they smell money

the mcdonald's AI ad was so telling, because the team admitted it took weeks of work to get even a few clips that looked like a commercial, and still you could see without looking closely that legs were bending the wrong way and stuff was levitating. garbage. complete scam.

I actually do kind of believe that the doctors tell him they are hard tests that only geniuses can pass, because it's the only way to get him to sit still and do them
Couple of things here:

1. Trump says he took another cognitive test recently

2. In front of "large numbers of doctors and experts"

3. He called the examinations "long...and very boring"

4. If you're given 3 cognitive exams in one year by panels of doctors, something is VERY wrong with you
