Usually we'd have a few months run up for an event like this, which would mean time to apply for funding to cover the core costs.
We applied to several and all but one said there simply wasnt enough time.
Biscuit has covered all speaker expenses.

Hey so you should turn off your location entirely on every app including Instagram that doesn't actually require it to function (like maps) and those should be set to only while using. Close them out when done. You can do this in your phone's settings so that apps like IG can't catch you off guard.
