My Saturday PSA:

Joe Biden isn’t the president anymore.

Instead, we’ve got a mentally deranged and ethically compromised old man with the nuclear codes trespassing in the Oval Office.

Stop talking about Joe Biden.

Start talking about the Convicted Felon, Donald Trump.

What we're seeing at #handsoff protests nationwide today and what we saw at the ballot box on Tuesday are not unrelated. The public is furious. It will not be silenced. And those who side with Trump and Musk—or refuse to fight back—will be swept out of office.

Keep downplaying the protests at your own peril.

Keep threatening Americans.

The protests will only get bigger.

Trump is hated.

Musk is hated.

The political winds have shifted.

People are fed up.

This is only the beginning.

I have never seen anything like this in NYC. 5th Ave covered from 42nd St well to the 20s. Nobody prepared for this volume. Volunteers are holding the traffic on all the side streets. No police in sight. #handsoff

Teams Red and Blue intentionally produce massive economic, social, and political harm in order to consolidate and reinforce their POWER.

What’s worse, is that Americans know it and still vote for them. In every poll roughly 2/3 of Americans, of all ideologies say we need a viable third party.

The Keys to the Low-Carbon City: Pro-Housing Land Use Reform
Cities often overlook land use reforms as tools to reduce climate pollution, but such reforms are among the most highly-leveraged (and under-utilized) tools at the disposal of urban leaders.
