This interest-free loan will be repaid after Russian reparations, and Russian EU assets will remain frozen until they compensate Ukraine.

Human: - Regular ol' human ears and eyes. - Ears have moderate circulation - Eyes favouring colour accuracy over contrast and motion compared to elven eyes. - Regular ol' pupils Half-Elves: - More horizontal with rounded tips - Less rigid; pliable - Inherently more capable to be wiggled on command - Reflect the emotion of the person: Wiggle when suddenly alert; droop when in fear or sad; turn upwards when excited. - Higher blood flow due to more capillary veins- causing them to be warmer to touch and more sensitive.* - Eyes have the same iris pattern as humans, but the pupil is usually white** Elves: - More vertical and bend backwards - As rigid as human ears - Wiggle ability same as humans - The only reflected emotion is sadness and/or fear. (Droopy) - Fewer capillary veins and slightly "colder" ears - Eyes have the same iris pattern as humans, but the pupil is usually white** - Unlike half-elves which see colour slightly better (still not as good as humans), elves see them less, but have superior contrast and motion vision. *Elves evolved in cold (and mostly) snowy regions, leading to more efficient heat conservation, and fewer surface capillaries to minimize heat loss. (elf ears being bigger than human ears played a role as well, as more heat would be lost otherwise). Humans tend to have more moderate circulation, but half-elves, due to the mixed lineage, retain the heat conservation part of elves and the higher capillaries count of humans; with a higher count than humans simply due to size. This leads half-elves to have much warmer ears that are more sensitive to temperature changes (and to touch). This played a big role in why half-elves specifically tend to be very personal about their ears; if one allows you to touch it means trust, nibbling means unwavering love.
