I don't care what anyone says, these old Godzilla movies are some of the most fun I've had watching movies in a very long time. Godzilla King of The Monsters! is going to my top 20 films of all time. #Filmsky

One of the fun things about working in an office full of people from/around Baltimore is that they all recommend me to watch The Wire. Once I have it on and I'm watching it, I'll have people stop by my cube and ask what episode I'm on and how they're gonna rewatch the series as well. Love this city

My top 15 first watch movies for 2025. Naked Gun was admittedly not a perfect movie, but nothing beats going to the movies off a few edibles and watching a movie with a joke a minute. Best time I've had in the theaters in a while. I'm also a sucker for Wallace & Gromit lol

The company I'm at is definitely benefitting from the data center boom that's happening right now throughout the nation, but man is it irritating seeing the scale of these things and how much water & energy these loud and ugly monstrosities are taking.

A union contract is the only way we can stop these systemic problems that have been making Starbucks worse year-after-year. It would only cost the company less than a day's worth of sales to put fair pay, fair scheduling, and strong protections in writing through a contract.

This week has been more for catching up on my shows rather than movies, but the movies I have squeezed in have been disappointing save for a couple of here and theres. Here's to hoping for a better movie filled weekend!

Bjork, Bjork, Bjork, Bjork

Happy Birthday to weird, wacky, wonderful Bjork (11/21).

May this day & every day be a Bjork day.

And for #filmsky 🎥📽, gotta plug Lars von Trier's grueling DANCER IN THE DARK for which she won Best Actress at Canned. She's stunningly good.

How about instead of selling "bearista" cups, Starbucks bargains a fair contract with its unionized baristas? No contract. No coffee. Don't cross the picket line. Solidarity with @sbworkersunited.org
Starbucks' outrageous CEO-to-worker pay gap might make you spit out your morning coffee. And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers?
