Warnock: If I'm honest, there are days when I have to ask people of my faith tradition as a Christian, are we reading the same book?

The book I know says I was hungry and you fed me. I was sick, I was in prison and you visited me, I was a stranger and you welcomed me….

Breakups are hard, especially when they play out in the public sphere. Here’s the tea on what’s happening between Trump and Elon in their messy spat.

But in all seriousness, we need to kill the bill. ⬇️

I wish journalists would stop framing political news as wins or losses for politicians or political parties. It’s an abrogation of our mission. Why do we keep doing this? Is the spending bill a win or loss for the American people? Who does it help? Who does it hurt? Is it sound policy? Fiscally?

The original House bill would have led to about 10 million more uninsured people, according to CBO. The amended version that passed would lead to more people losing health insurance. If this bill gets enacted, it would represent the biggest rollback in federal support for health care ever.

50% or more of nursing home residents are Medicaid. This includes long term, short term, and Assisted Living in some instances. They actually can’t work and need nursing care, activities of daily living and/or some type of daily supervision but do not have the resources for private pay.

BREAKING: Trump says on Meet The Press that he doesn't know if everyone deserves due process.

When asked if he has to uphold the Constitution, he says "I don't know, I have brilliant lawyers that work for me."

This should be an IMPEACHABLE defense. Who agrees?

Yes, Trump’s budget is a massive transfer of wealth from the poor and middle class to the rich — cutting programs for the former while cutting taxes for the latter.

If you're breaking the law, lining your own pockets, and calling it "public service" — the Amendment I introduced in the Oversight Committee has your name on it.

No more taxpayer-funded grift. Not for Trump. Not for Elon. Not for anyone.

The GOP once again blocked it.

It's wild when you consider that a year ago Marco Rubio was one of the least competent US senators whose most notable accomplishment was posting decontextualized Bible verses on social media.
So Rubes, if I'm remembering right, is currently Secretary of State, Administrator of USAID, National Security Advisor and Archivist of the US (i.e. head of the national archives). Not making any of this up. And I may have missed a few things.
