We are living through a Constitutional crisis. The highest court in our nation has ruled that racial profiling is legal.

In order to appease their supreme leader Trump, the politicized Supreme Court failed to protect Americans, the rule of law, & the Constitution.

The court’s ruling allowing ICE to resume its indiscriminate roundups of LA’s Latino residents can only be described as one thing.

Based on the corrupt 6-3 white supremacist Supreme Court, 38% of the US population is suspect & ICE agents can use non-white criteria, including skin color, looks, race, language to pick them up off the street without due process.

What Trump dumped on Congress from the Epstein files. Looks like D.C. really did run out of black Sharpies. For context, this is Document 380, a motion in limine filed by Maxwell’s defense team on October 29, 2021, trying to block evidence tied to “Accuser-3” from being heard at trial.

Blowing up a boat that allegedly had drugs in it and killing alleged gang members in international waters without any due process is pretty clearly not legal.

In a different time, “U.S. President Declares War on Chicago” would be considered quite the alarming headline.

This is disqualification in so many ways. All of Trump's first SCOTUS picks, all of it! John Roberts is an absolute coward. How do they live with themselves? Quite comfortably no doubt...

I think way too much about how the courts were well on their way to extinguishing Trump’s authoritarianism until SCOTUS stepped in and said actually, this is all fine and good.
