Beyond the politics of it — I can’t imagine that for the majority of artists there’s any benefit to being on that site. The algo kills outside links, you have to pay to reach your followers, it suppresses whatever it sees fit, and now it’ll eat up your artwork…??

Trans people (especially trans women, disabled trans folks, & BIPOC trans people) are often engaged with social reproduction (informal labor, care work, DIY HRT, mutual aid).

Without HRT I get extremely dysphoric and can quickly fall into suicicdal depression.
There's trans people with an even more severe need for HRT than me.
There's some trans people who don't have such intense dysphoria or need for HRT.
I don't see the need to separate us into different categories

I'm glad people are not crucifying the artists at larian over this and directing the ire at management. I have oceans of knowledge of how the threat of genai is treated in the animation industry by rank and file artists and we would never be "more or less ok"
