It was reprehensible when people mocked condom usage at the height of the AIDS pandemic.

It is just as depraved to mock those wearing masks to reduce the spread of airborne viruses today.

Whenever someone takes any kind of step to protect public health, they should be applauded, not mocked.

Increase in productivity since 1979: 87%

Increase in hourly pay since 1979: 32%

Just so happens that ~25% of workers were unionized in 1979. Today? 10%.

As unions declined, the super-rich have taken a larger share of wealth generated by labor. We must build back union power.

A 43-year-old father of two, Ahmed al Ahmed, snuck up & tackled a gunman to disarm him. Ahmed was shot twice.

Trump's actual goal ⬇️

Never be deceived that he's actually pro-USA. He's pro-russia and nothing more.

Canada number 1 potash producer in the world because we are home (in Saskatchewan) to the world's largest potash reserves.

But!, guess who number 2 is! That's right, it's russia!

He'll tariff Canada, not russia and you'll buy from russia.

Doctors in Canada are paid “on average” 30% less for women’s health surgeries than for men’s. WTF!

Also, if you are post-menopausal and are bleeding, seek medical care immediately.

Thank you @nilikm.bsky.social for sharing your story and for your advocacy.

You are wrong. I'm not surprised that you're already resorting to personal attacks, though.
1 an MOU is not binding. So while Canada is supporting a pipeline, if Alberta doesn't meet any terms - nothing changes.

Eye on the ball folks! It seems the pipeline piece may well be a distraction. While a pipeline remains very unlikely, the practical impact of this deal are all the immediate concessions to oil & gas industry & the federal abandonment of core climate policies.

The President called for the murder of Congressional Democrats.

Congressional Democrats should call for his immediate removal or resignation.

Congressional Republicans should condemn his statements and call for him to recant them.

It's the very least they should be doing!
