Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.

TIM WALZ: I feel you anger. I'm angry. They want a show. Don't give it to them. If you protest, protest peacefully. Please stand with Minneapolis. Know that we will stop at nothing to seek justice. We do not need any further help from the federal government. You've done enough.

Tim Walz is mobilizing the MN National Guard, and reminds Minnesotans that the guard "is OURS - our teachers and our neighbors." He asks Minnesotans to respect them. "They're there to protect you and your constitutional rights. They don't wear masks."

Farage asked whether international law still matters:

“The concepts of international law, frightfully popular in Islington and Hampstead… [are] no longer, as they were intended originally, fit for purpose”.

Authoritarians routinely claim that laws which protect rights and constrain state abuse must be disregarded because they are no longer suitable or relevant for times of crisis and instability.

It is in those exact moments that those laws are most essential for humanity.

Farage: "I believe in vaccinations when they're vaccinations. I don't think what happened with Covid were vaccinations. You have to keep having them every 6 months."

Conspiratorial nonsense.

Some vaccinations like Covid shots require multiple/seasonal doses because immunity fades & viruses change.

Yeah, I do usually agree this place is too hostile and cliquey, but always wary that there are people who think being “more welcoming” means wrecking one of the few places on the internet that *isn’t* hostile to trans people
This is why I’m rather wary of some of the “Bsky is too intolerant”! Thinkpieces.

Ofc normal people should be welcomed to talk about hobbies etc here - but Helen’s made it quite clear time and time again her issue is that the “in-group opinions” here are pro trans.

Searches article in vain for evidence that these people are or were “left-leaning”. Remembers that the Times is no longer a serious newspaper. Notes that Mumsnet’s Justine Roberts has “robust” views on immigration. Remembers where transphobes always end up
"Left-leaning mothers of Mumsnet are deserting Labour for Reform" [Times]

I can't stop laughing long enough to come up with something sarcastic to say about this headline.
