exactly. also i was traveling a bunch with a longtime friend who is like Delta Diamond or 360 and her suitcase is damn near the size of an eyeglass case. she makes decisions, rolls clothes, and has a colorway so her garanimal spirit can chill

got a smaller suitcase. stopped adding stuff for contingencies — a huge part of it. mantras; ‘what i don’t have i won’t have and oh well.’ ‘they have drugstores in [city of choice.]. some of it is confidence: ‘will look/be fine/cute whatever.’ also forcing myself to picture a hellish re-packing

My problem is I’m so cynical now , that I think it’s worse

“Why didn’t I believe them”

And they don’t like the answers they give themselves so they are projecting outward

I never get blocked as much as on the days i point out the every single thing that is happening now is something that multiple people from multiple spheres of life/influence said would happen. People's refusal to ask themselves "why didn't i believe them?" is preventing progress.
