Almost every time Black women are put in charge, they change the culture, the organization runs more efficiently, and they make it easier for all workers to balance their home and work lives. When most white men lead, they only think about the bottom line and it’s never inclusive or fair.

I am a middle child but my older sister was not present/irresponsible (and 10 years older) so EYE took on elder daughter roles for my little brother. And baby this is SO TRUE. I don't wanna use a single brain cell when I'm with a man but my default is to use them all 😔
