Londonista.

Opinions expressed here are not representative of anything or anyone, and may well be gibberish.
She is, seemingly quite unintentionally, just wonderfully entertaining.
Former Prime Minister Liz Truss tweets that Robert Jenrick is a "trojan horse" who is "getting his orders" from some unidentified shadowy force of global conspirators

There are going to be limits to what you can make other countries do by threatening to tax your own citizen's purchases of their products.

I believe handing over entire territories falls well beyond those limits.

❤️‍🔥Tory sources confirm that Nadhim Zahawi made approaches to senior members of Kemi Badenoch's team about getting a peerage just weeks before defecting to Reform UK - but was turned down.

I'm certainly not defending the Abd el-Fattah tweets but I really can't stomach the outrage about them from those who also insisted that Lucy Connelly was a heroic martyr for free speech and were equally outraged by her punishment.

Interested in how you square the circle of “British people who post ‘burn down a migrant hotel’ during race riots shouldn’t be arrested” with “someone who posted pretty objectionable and racist things 8 years before they became a British citizen should be deported” and am sure someone will ask Nigel

On the rare occasion that I popped into the 'other place' just now, the top posts on my 'for you' feed were: a Hitler apologist, an anti-trans culture warrior banging on about "MSM conspiracy", and a story trying to link the disappearance of swans to immigration.

The algorithm is pretty unsubtle!

This gives Starmer another opportunity: publicly defend the BBC and gain support from the majority of the electorate who value British Institutions.

He won’t, of course.
Urging Trump to destroy the BBC is unforgivable. Truss, Badenoch & Farage would rather betray this country than offer the BBC or the British government their support against a narcissistic foreign liar and a threat to democracy. It’s an appalling betrayal.

Being a British parent is so weird bc you're actually worried about paying the sky high rent/mortgage & getting GP appointments but the entire press keeps telling you you're worried there's a trans person or immigrant nearby & the vat on Eton means there'll only be two skiing holidays this year

This is Keir Starmer’s moment to stand up for Britain and call on Trump to drop his ludicrous lawsuit against the BBC.

The Prime Minister has spent months cosying up to Trump. If he can’t stop him from attacking one of our most precious institutions, what was it all for?

the man has admitted to sexually assaulting people and was legally proven by a court of law to be sexually assaulting people (a notoriously hard thing to do) but I’m sure this new evidence that he was sexually assaulting people will really wake up the base. It’ll be our lucky sexual assault evidence

The BBC should defend itself against Trump’s lawsuit in court.

The Panorama program may have edited that one speech, but challenging the suit in court would bring Trump’s many documented moves to support the Jan 6th insurrection back into the public domain again.

Doubt that Trump would get $1bn.
