reminding myself that I already knew that metroid will never feel as thematically powerful as it did with Super Metroid & Fusion, both of which still inspire me. I go through this with every new metroid game lol. the series' universe feels paradoxically smaller and smaller the more they expand it

i think a great way to not panic is to reinvest your time & energy in building real power in your community cuz whatever helps us survive in the coming years, yelling at geriatric senators ain’t it

Honestly one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Just conveniently suspend ethics rules when people are being unethical... to avoid the exact reasons these rules were put in place. Didn't we learn in kindergarten that you can't just be ethical when it is convenient for you?
