🚨 🚨 NEW WHITEBOARD

A quick whiteboard explaining how the Democrats position on ACA subsidies stops a downward spiral of a spike in both costs and the number of uninsured Americans.

No wonder most Americans support our stance.

Actual White House quote: “go fuck yourself.”

Its not being some pearl clutching prude to ask whether this is really how most Americans want their kids to see the seat of our government behave. www.politico.com/news/2025/09...
‘They will pay a huge price for this’: Shutdown-ready Trump expects Democrats to blink
Many Democrats believe the White House is bluffing and insist Republicans will bear responsibility for a shutdown in the public eye because the GOP controls the government.

I worked at Planned Parenthood.

They diagnose cancers while still treatable. They help women decide what birth control works for them. They help those working through mental health challenges.

Defunding them just harms people who already struggle to find places to get care.

This is the message. You may like Pritzker, you may not, but whomever the new leaders of a reformed democratic party are, they will carry this message. This is the way to win. My two cents.
Pritzker: The reckoning is here. And now that this culture of timidity is on display, these same do-nothing Democrats want to blame our losses on the defense of Black people, trans kids, and immigrants, instead of on their own lack of guts and gumption.

This is important. Food banks can bulk buy, and stretch that money further than you can. They also know what they actually need. Money is better!
I saw advice to buy extra cans of food when you’re at the grocery store to donate to the food bank.

I want to politely nudge you to give the money directly to food banks (or to mutual aid groups if you know of any).

We can usually stretch a dollar farther than a dollar’s worth of canned goods
