It's pretty obvious that a lot of US mainstream media either doesn't recognise authoritarianism or doesn't want to call it out. Either way, it's an excellent way to destroy trust in your institution.

The democratic party's refusal to talk about the connection between ultra wealthy Americans and a growing international coalition of fascists is going to lead to some truly dark shit. Offering bipartisanship to these people so fucking dangerous.
Elon Musk and JD Vance publicly supporting the neo-Nazis of Germany's AfD, just as an AfD supporter/Elon Musk fan kills 5 and injures 100+ in a terrorist attack at a Christmas market in Germany. Vance's pro-AfD statement came *after* the attack.
