There are a lot of articles that have been coming out the past few weeks that are simply confirmation of something I warned about months ago.
The expansion of the black market economy. The Russian Government knows it’s happening and they think they can stop it.

I can see a lot of the prerequisites here for the expansion of black market economy.
If small businesses are on the brink of collapsing, and they can cut out high taxes & fees and off people a deal…why not?
