One reason I favor impeaching Noem is because it's a political process for a political problem. No, this will not stop ICE enforcement action but YES it would be an opportunity to educate the public about DHS & perhaps begin to lay a foundation for dismantling it.

I’m currently pretty disillusioned with Democrat leadership but credit where credit is due. They hammered out this deal which will genuinely help Americans with Republicans who will no doubt face serious blowback from their own party.

This is a genuinely good use of protesters. They're outside a federal building. That means these federal agents are forced to protect it. Every DHS goon who has to protect federal property is one fewer going on raids to terrorize the community.
