Less than 30% of the richest 1% pay any Income Tax at all.
Instead of jobs they are all Landlords, Stock Traders and Billionaires.
Most of them pay less than 20% tax, with 25% using Tax Havens to not pay any at all.
The rich do not pay tax, they need to be made to.
