I'm 99% sure that somebody recently explained the term "basket of goods" to him, and this is his best attempt at recalling that.
Trump: "An old fashioned term that we use -- groceries. I used it on the campaign. It's such an old fashioned term, but a beautiful term. Groceries. It says a bag with different things in it."

What an unbelievable spectacle. Hard to watch all ten minutes of it, but makes you wonder how we can ever mitigate the tariffs threat coming from the White House when you see this kind of disrespect for a wartime leader.
