Bananaball is here, people. They're doing tryouts in an air- dome under the shadow of a watertower painted to resemble a giant rose.
The Chicago Snowballs showed off their moves during tryouts for the "sportstainment" baseball team. blockclubchi.co/4jBdoYJ

With an actual scroll?
The thinkability boggles the thinker.
Do you think in ancient Rome there were doomscrollers who would sit outside wherever the herald stood and listen to him all day, and occasionally go over and tell someone else, "Hey, the herald just said this"

Whatever succeeds ICE, it needs to be focused on customs enforcement only, primarily in airports and at ports. CBP’s “warrantless authority” 100-mile border should be revoked by Congress. CBP should only be allowed to operate within 1 mile of a border, past that it’s a sheriff’s problem.

This is my favorite little golden book.
When works become public domain, anyone can reimagine and reuse them.

🚂 The Little Engine That Could can be freely reinterpreted—like this video marrying pages of the 1930 book to a Librivox audio recording. 📚+🎤

This photo shows the joint Chachapoyan-Hovitos booby trap reset detail working in the upper storey of a temple in Peru, circa 1930.
When it's not New Year's, they put the Times Square ball in the sewer & use it to push blockages thru the system. They don't talk about it a lot, but here is one of the old ones.

Steely Dan is named after a steam-powered dildo in Naked Lunch. Pearl Jam is jizz.
Ok folks: what is your favorite fact that you share with people (maybe a bit too) eagerly?

50+ years on this rock and this knocker is new to me?
There are small joys still to be uncovered.
In a day filled with ugliness, I will share this joke my six year-old told me:

Knock knock.
Who’s there?
Europe.
Europe who?
No, *yer* a poo.

Why does anybody gotta buy anybody? Are shareholders not recieving value?
Right now I don’t want either party to buy Warner Brothers, both Netflix and Paramount feel like such a raw deal to entertainment professionals and consumers.
