I missed my Bluesky anniversary last week. It seems like so much longer than a year. Leaving the other place was the right decision. This place doesn't generate the feedback that twitter used to (pre-Musk), but it does seem to be more accurate, and certainly more polite. It's a good place to release

Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

Went for a Friday ride, rode on a bunch of canyon roads, including The Snake, which was recently reopened. All good roads. We had lunch at the Rock Store, which was surprisingly good. Some nice bikes there, including this MV Agusta adventure bike. It was as big as it looks! #motosky
