This is important. Bottom line is that the Court agreed with the trial court judge that USAPL is liable for the public accommodation discrimination claim and no defense applies, which entitles Ms. Cooper to complete relief. Other nuances on the other claim/defense, but won’t change the outcome here.

I’m glad I attended today’s virtual briefing conducted by Gender Justice staff who could explain the nuances—the lawsuit is a lot less “unsettled” than we’ve been led (or misled, really, considering USA Powerlifting is the one pushing that narrative) to believe. A recording will be up soon.

This is important.
