Fellow Canadian renters! StatsCan and the CMHC are going to start issuing quarterly reports on average rental prices broken down by census metropolitan area. First report is out and linked below!

In the first quarter of 2025, Vancouver was the census metropolitan area with the highest asking rent for a two-bedroom apartment, at $3,170 on average, followed by Toronto ($2,690).

My Canadian university, Queen's, is offering TWENTY 4-year funded PhDs (40k CAD/yr) for a student of ANY citizenship who has been accepted at a top 100 US university but have had offer rescinded OR are reconsidering offer due to US policy.
