For fucks sake. A nationwide no stopping on footways & verges would have been an easy win. Councils & government are not responsible for helping you store private property; but they are responsible for ensuring your ability to pass & repass. Footpath/verge parking prevents that right being exercised

I scrolled the feeds of people who vanished from Twitter after 2022, and it's wall-to-wall Democrats whose last tweets are basically "the new algo buried me", "I'm being throttled", and "no one sees my stuff anymore."

It could also help tackle illegal 'fake ebikes', and the unsustainable and dangerous pressures placed on delivery riders that drive demand for these dangerous machines. The fact 'or engagers' is added after 'employers' suggests delivery apps won't be able to hide behind gig worker status on this 🤞
