(Also, I know this time of year is really difficult for an awful lot of people, and some people will just be hoping the day passes as quickly as possible, so if you want some distraction and some light reading, I've made Artistic License free on Kindle today:

Merry Christmas and happy Thursday to all who celebrate! I’m sitting with my coffee in the quiet before the chaos gets started.

Thinking of everyone who finds this day challenging. May you do something that brings you a little bit (or a lot) of joy. And if not, may the day pass with ease 💚

I’ve had a lot of meh holiday reads this season BUT I just finished Zoe York’s The Ex-Mas Breakup and it was FAB! Exes fake dating for the holiday and working their shit out. It was angsty, it was funny, it was sexy, & just what I needed.

Highly rec! Also look at this cover 😍

Had Christmas cookies and coffee for breakfast as nature intended. I’m trying to take it relatively easy today after the chaos of the last few days. Hope everyone is having a happy Tuesday and Merry Christmas Eve Eve to all who celebrate!

I’ve had TATU in my head on loop since Friday. I have been randomly belting out 🎶This is not enough 🎶

It’s been very confusing for people around me. 😂

I read this last year during the holidays and really enjoyed it. I love second chance trope and had a lot of fun.
Admittedly, second chance isn't one of my favorite tropes, and the only book I've published with the trope is this Christmas novella about former high school sweethearts!

The fabric is described as lavender voile, which sounds as if it could be the name of a 1920s detective. The sheer drapery is decorated with bright pink spangles of flowers and bows, sparkles across pale background #goldsteinmuseum #FashionHistory 🗃️🪡

This time of year is fucking hard. The holidays are a fertile ground for dark thoughts. Loneliness can drown you, even when you're surrounded by people. Take care of yourself. If you feel like you're drowning in darkness, please talk to someone. Friend, family, stranger. Anyone.

You deserve love.

Sadness arrives uninvited. Joy demands more—it requires us to search, to kindle, to protect the flame against every wind. When we choose joy despite everything that argues against it, we don't just save ourselves—we illuminate the way for everyone around us.

People are out here proudly announcing that they intend be authors and that they have no interest in writing, that they deserve a large-audience of readers but they themselves only read to extract from the actual artists they plan to usurp. Baby, the cogs have learned to TALK. Wild times.

Day 2 of holiday extravaganza! Yesterday was about holiday cards and errands. Today is all about baking! I have so many cookies to bake but I have a great audiobook going so it should be fun.

Hope everyone else is having a good Sunday!

Today I’m finally writing and sending out holiday cards and braving the post office. Yes, I know it‘s kinda late but here we are. Does anyone else feel like the holidays snuck up on us or is it just me?

News I can use.
"A new study has found that eating 50g or more of high-fat cheese a day correlates with a lower risk of developing dementia. That means all cheeses with more than 20 percent fat content, including brie, gouda, cheddar, parmesan, gruyere, and mozzarella." www.sciencealert.com/cheese-linke...

Guess what? Candy is back with a recap of episode four of Heated Rivalry!

As she put it, "...you know what would be fun? Reliving the trauma of episode 4 together!"

It's important that everyone's angst and agony be at proper levels prior to episode 5.

Romance is one of the greatest fiction genres and it literally keeps the publishing world going. If it's not your bag, that's fine, but it's not a lesser-than genre and some of the best writers around work in it. Human connection is always worth telling stories about.
