Of note: the MN Budget Forecast doesn’t account for anything that happened after February 10th. Which means Trump managed to lose us hundreds of millions in twenty days. What a deal!
Minnesota’s budget forecast is almost a billion dollars lower in the long-term than it was in November. And the only thing that’s changed since November and today is Donald Trump.
