One of my main responsibilities is to use a database to find certain things. This database used to have humans look at the webpage of a thing and then write a description.
Bad AI descriptions have led to an increase in false positives I need to sift through.

I lived thru the end of public smoking. Early in my career I presented to city councils who were smoking, in front of audiences who were smoking.
Smoking in restaurants, airplanes, hospitals…
All of that seems insane now, but it was very controversial when we DID change it.
We CAN change things.

One of the first things I did when I had to get a new computer was deactivate Copilot. I'm also still holding onto my old desktop so I can eventually see if I can install Linux. I would have stuck w/ @microsoft.com if not for the spAIware.

It’s so cool that every website is just Like This now. We used to send guys to the chair for putting pop-up ads on their sites. Now if I want to read something I have to read single lines between autoplaying video ads that use so much RAM they force the browser to reload every 5 seconds.
