Trump is going to use DOJ/FBI to try to steal the 2026 election. My legal team and I will fight back in court but we all have a role to play.

Tomorrow, I will offer my thoughts on what Trump is up to and what we need to do now. Subscribe to Democracy Docket for free to find out. hubs.ly/Q03M8rql0

If there are *any* Democrats in Congress who will still vote to keep funding this administration when it is using that money to terrorize our cities and refusing to allow congressional representatives their clear right to observe their activities, then those reps need to be primaried into retirement
I was just denied access to the ICE processing center at the Whipple Building.

Members of Congress have a legal right and constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight where people are being detained.

The public deserves to know what is taking place in ICE facilities.
JUST NOW: Huge mass of agents in a standoff, weapons drawn as Reps. Ilhan Omar, Angie Craig, and Kelly Morrison attempt to conduct congressional oversight at the Whipple Building, which has been HQ for thousands of ICE agents.

I broke the story yesterday that masked ICE agents (not DOJ) were removing items including a personal computer from the home of Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent who shot Renee Good. I have yet to see a single news outlet cover this or an elected official even acknowledge it.
NEW: These are ICE agents removing evidence from the shooter's home. They are not DOJ, they are Jonathan Ross's friends and coworkers, not DOJ.

This agent removing Ross's personal computer was reported yesterday Jan 9 for boxing in a volunteer and telling them "I'll dedicate my next arrest to you"

if a Democrat had said “I can’t wait to host the oil companies at my 90,000 square foot golden self-commemorative ballroom that I tore down the White House and solicited $300 million in bribes to build” it would literally be considered the worst scandal and gaffe in human history
REPORTER: The Capital Planning Commission is concerned the 89,000 square foot ballroom is going to dwarf the rest of the rest of the WH. Do you worry about that?

TRUMP: No no. People love the ballroom. We need it. If we would've had the ballroom today, we could've had all the oil companies there.

Excellent point.
This officer fled the scene immediately after murdering Renee Good. They say he went to the hospital.

Why isn't the Minnesota State AG subpoenaing the hospital? Let's see that toxicology report. How much cocaine was in his bloodstream?

It should be bigger news that masked agents were filmed hours ago removing potentially inculpatory evidence from the ICE shooter's house, clearly lacking evidence tags or chain of custody stickers.

Before we have word on whether he underwent a toxicology screen at the hospital following the killing

We’re living in an American reign of terror and the media is committed to hiding it, because it’s much more comfortable pretending it’s just 2015 forever.
Yeah I just don’t understand why the government behaving immorally on a minute by minute basis isn’t worthy of coverage.
I keep going back to this. This is a taunt. They're taunting us. There is no other possible interpretation of what they're doing.

But media simply ignores this deranged behavior, because if they talk about it, one must conclude that DHS is a rogue agency, of villainous paramilitary thugs.

The ICE agent who murdered Renee Good must be prosecuted for murder. He enjoys no immunity from state murder charges.
Then, Blue state governors must call up their National Guard to protect us from the armed ICE terrorists.

This is a test for Democrats right now.

If you really want to grab the mantle of leadership and emerge as a frontrunner, you have to speak out forcefully and against ICE...

Right now.

We are at the point in the fascist regime where they execute protesters. And Trump is 100% defending this execution by blaming the dead 37 year old woman for being shot in he face point blank by ICE. How much more of this are patriotic Americans expected to take?!

This is what happens when untrained ICE agents who meet the lowest possible standards are sent to play action hero.

A U.S. citizen was shot & killed by ICE in Minneapolis.

📌 Eyewitnesses, including a city councilman, say police shot the person in the head. That person is now dead.

Read that again

Bluesky is hiding our post which shows what happened in Minneapolis, even though there's no graphic content (the victim is never shown).

Video evidence shows the public what happened and allows people to form an opinion, which is especially important when officials call it an act of terrorism.
