With the launch of ATO, Better Bus and adjustments to Access, customer reliability improved.

· Rail: OTP improved; 96% of trips were faster than 3 months ago

· Bus: Sept. OTP saw best recorded numbers in 4 years

· Access: Fewer than 1.8% trips missed; OTP above 90%
