The second amendment guarantees the right to a militia to guard against federal tyranny. But if a president can use that force against its own state, against the wishes of that state, then it is no militia at all and a clear violation of the second amendment.

For the record, our division commander BANNED things called “presence patrols” in Iraq.
“If you don’t have a specific task & purpose, your ‘presence’ doesn’t do anything.”
National Guard stating they are now doing presence patrols in DC.

I’m seeing people say they can’t believe a centrist like Summers would say this and that’s how you know it’s bad. But it’s worth remembering Trump recently deflected on Epstein by saying to check out Clinton and Summers.
