Lessons Learned from ongoing shitshow, amend the constitution, suggest:
1) tighten/narrow down constitutional exec privileges (pardons)
2) clarify beyond doubt, legislative war powers (senate can't cede it, must own it)
3) Impeachments must apply to complete admin, its appointees, not just POTUS
