Even if the shooting was justified, which it wasn't, the failure to render immediate aid and blocking of a doctor from doing so constitutes 2nd degree manslaughter by the ICE agents at the minimum.
So she had a pulse. That’s what the doctor on the scene wanted to check. She wasn’t breathing, but she had a pulse. He could have started CPR right away.
Instead ICE barred the doctor from attending her and waited 15 mins for EMT to get to her.

I would still call myself a “civil libertarian” but the one issue I have flipped massively on is gambling.
The state should not be involved at all. The money is unclean and its effects on society cannot be understated. No licenses for gambling establishments or businesses. Private bets only

Utah commissioned it's department of health to do a systematic review of gender affirming care for trans youth. In a 1000 page plus report found it was beneficial and the evidence was substantial. The lawmakers rejected it anyways.
