Only 56 games and 21 defeats into his tenure, Ruben Amorim concedes Manchester United would need “to spend a lot of money and time” to play “a perfect 3-4-3”, switches to 4-2-3-1 and they immediately look a more competent team against Newcastle.

I don't think you can explain people staying on X without saying something about their discomfort or lack of it with the use of the platform to promote racism and fascism in the US and elsewhere. Not mentioning the topic is very revealing.
I saw someone ask why anyone would still use X when Bluesky is available.

I think the explanation is:

1 Experience on a platform depends far more on who you interact with there than on the platform overall.

2 The experience you get on academic adjacent Bluesky is not a good fit for everyone.

Labour does so badly in this poll mainly because, as the tables show, they lose 29% of their 2024 vote to the Lib Dems and Greens.

Only 8% goes to Reform, just ahead of the 6% to the Cons. Those Lab–Con switchers push the Tories over 20%, despite them losing a quarter of their 2024 vote to Reform.
Westminster Voting Intention:

RFM: 27% (+12)
CON: 21% (-3)
LAB: 18% (-17)
LDM: 15% (+3)
GRN: 13% (+6)
