Awesome! Now it's time to bring publishing into the conversation we've been having in music for the past 20 years: DIY or die becomes a one way ticket to burnout for a lot of people. No money in DIY means no rent money, no grocery money, and rich people are prioritized again for having resources
With the WP book section closing and other publishing news, I think literary people really need to adopt a punk rock mindset. It's DIY or die these days.

The important takeaway is you CANNOT be compelled to provide a passcode. You can be compelled to produce biometrics.
If you do use Face ID (Apple makes it pretty inconvenient not to), you can temporarily disable it by holding down volume down and power for two seconds, or by powering off.
