If Trumpsky gets pushed out, don't celebrate too soon. This push toward fascism isn't coming from Trump... it's coming from the Republican Party.
Most DC republicans are appalled by him and want him gone, but they won't push him out because then they'd lose their chance at single party rule.

When I was young, America was at stage three. Now it's at stage four and there are assholes trying hard to push for stage five. But America has successfully pulled back from stage four in the past, and can do it again.
Fifth, the wealthy class finally decides that it's entitled not just to newly created wealth, but to everyone else's existing assets, so nobody else should own anything. Why? Because growth is failing, so there's nothing else left to take. The economy is already collapsing. Expect bloodshed.
Fourth, the wealthy class talks itself into believing that capital rather than labor is what creates more wealth, which means they must be entitled to the gains. Those outside of the owning class see opportunity disappear and no longer prosper. Anger and disrespect become mutual.
