This may be the most important science post of the year. My only huge reservation is how unavailable this intervention is to our patients with Long Covid and ME/CFS. But...we will keep trying
The one validated intervention to slow aging and extend healthspan is not for sale.
It's exercise.

Yup. Think Seimens, BMW, I.G. Farben, steel and coal company Krupp, BMW, and Daimler-Benz (Mercedes-Benz). In 2025 it's the tech bros and their trillions, choosing fascism over morality and democracy.
Will we have our Nuremberg? Will these thugs and corporate billionaires be held accountable?
Don't be evil?

Let's see. 200 million so Trump can dance away the night while Rome burns; a billion to rehab his 'gift (aka bribe)' airplane; billions to build up his gestapo; millions placing national guard and marines all over the country; millions to build new concentration camps.

It is time to just eliminate, shut down the Supreme Court. They don't even bother to have open decisions, give votes, have open court hearings anymore. A travesty. They should just rule that we now have a Fuhrer and he has absolute power. Sickening, depressing, hopeless.

When you’re chronically ill, your baseline is everything. Managing it can be a full time job.

Non disabled people can’t understand how hard we work to ration energy, avoid infections & minimize setbacks.

Even when you do everything “right”, progress can be wiped out in an instant 🧵
