These men behind bars are not in prison after being charged with crimes. They are "enemy combatants" being detained in a concentration camp.

I just found out that using biometrics or face recognition to unlock your phone they can force you to unlock your phone, BUT they cannot force you to give your passcode without a warrant. (Apologies, but I can't remember which resistance post i saw this on!)
