Listening to the Anniversary Edition of The Darkness album One Way Ticket to Hell and Back. Not listened to it for a long time. And just realised that my late wife bought me the original CD for Christmas 2005. Lots of memories flooding back.

This BS is the result of weak lawyers giving cowardly advice. I have been advising numerous firms on inclusion issues since the decision on the legal definition of woman. That judgment does NOT require any organisation to exclude trans people from membership.
I’d really like a GC person to justify this particular case of trans exclusion. It’s not a limited membership organisation so trans girl guides aren’t taking spaces that would otherwise go to cis girl guides. It’s not competitive so there’s no cheating angle. Girl Guides itself doesn’t want to do it

An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.
