Columbia Missouri's Hacky Sack Man. Old school computing hacker, grandmaster Hacky Sack / Footbag player. Here's a profile piece Vice did on me: https://youtu.be/K2_Gd0Lo0GU?si=rtuZg8RwFgQPbkF Also habitual Big Tree photographer.
The US Supreme Court's ruling on Presidential Immunity makes selling presidential pardons for profit on the open market completely and totally legal.
Anyone paying even the slightest bit of attention could see that was happening.

Now we know why the demented asshole ferrets on about "after birth abortions" - Because HE'S DONE IT. It's ALWAYS projection with these kind of creeps.
There are a lot of files in this new dataset that have made me feel this way.

I’m still making my way through DataSet 8, but this is some vile shit.

I love how Pam Bondi and the MAGA DOJ openly, shamelessly, and maliciously go after Trump's enemies, but Merrick Garland sat paralyzed for four years, terrified that prosecuting Trump for literally treasonable offenses would violate norms, precedent, and decorum. He must be so proud.

That prompt 60 Doll- er, I mean Minutes segment leakage, and Bill Clinton stepping up on the Epstein Files issue? Very upside-down news day for sure.

But i'll take it.

Even if he actually means or meant "the old price is X-hundred percent more than the new price" The figures are still just a pack of ridiculous lies.
Joe Scarborough lost it while listening to Howard Lutnick try to explain the president’s claim that he was cutting drug prices by as much as “600 percent.”

But sure, we're going to start putting massive datacenters in space. LOL.
Earth’s orbit is now so crowded with spacecraft and debris that a catastrophic satellite collision could occur in just 2.8 days if avoidance systems fail, which could disrupt GPS and global communications, according to a new study.

The right-wing cranks cheering on a recent coordinated city-state-fed enforcement action based partly on Flock camera data, just 2 years ago were cheering on Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act law, a law that would have made that coordination illegal. Biden admin challenged, courts struck

Graduation season. I type "Congrats!" on every Mizzou graduation post I see. So far, 6-7 women, 1 man.

Insta is now showing me women's grad posts (not men's) from other universities. Last spring, it started showing me women's (only) *high school* grad posts.

Its algo encourages/enables creepers.

I think 300,000 signatures qualifies as "crushing it." Well done Missourians! Special shoutout to MizzouYDSA, They put in a ton of work collecting signatures! They are by far the most present & persistent political organization on campus. I know how powerful that is. (Smiles, places chips on table)

Here's why those goddamned dancing unlock screen buttons are so horrible for peeps like me with whatever near-spectrum neurological disorder makes my brain get distracted by the motion of the buttons, and I'm just as likely to try to hit one of the moving buttons ("pick me!") as hit the correct one.

AND at a fraction of the cost, too.

Nuclear fission is dead. This is why. You can bring a reactor's equivalent of solar power generation online in a tiny fraction of the time, for a relatively small fraction of the cost. And that cost will keep going down for solar.
Crazy stat to contemplate:
In 2024 China added almost exactly 1
GW of solar and wind capacity per day (358 GW across the year) – a pace equivalent to
building a typical nuclear reactor every single day.

My new dream: THE STEAM SHOP

A place where STEM + ARTS, particularly flow arts, are mixed together. Peeps can come learn art, dancing, juggling, spinning. Peeps can come learn computing, science & technology. Kids can do either one, or both! All one place.

This is my new dream: THE STEAM SHOP!

THIS is one of the reasons I'm personally fairly anti-AI: It really does make you stupid if you use it all the time.
We are witnessing the first documented case of mutual intelligence degradation between humans and machines.
This is not theory. This is peer-reviewed science.

MIT tracked 54 humans using ChatGPT for 4 months. Result: weakest brain connectivity of any group tested.

Wait, the little porn addict has to work more than 18 hours a day because the ferret-wearing shitgibbon spends all night posting on social media, yet... HE NEVER KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING THAT ASSHOLE OR HIS ADMINISTRATION DOES OR SAYS?!?

He obviously doesn't really believe in God. Just lies.

HOMELESSNESS IS NOT A DRUG PROBLEM IT'S A HOUSING PROBLEM

I'm so sick of y'all in my mentions with this talking point, just stop.

PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD RENT. Half of renters are paying over 30% of their income on rent, another quarter are paying over 50%!!!

People need homes they can afford!

We know exactly how much each company's workers are getting through SNAP.

Why the fuck can't the government just straight up bill them for it?
The Boston Globe identified the companies in Massachusetts that employ the most SNAP recipients. A key stat: "In Massachusetts, 74% of working-age recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program are employed, half of them full-time."

Quoting online sales only is somewhat misleading. Yeah people probably are doing more online shopping, but in-store reports so far appear to be down. I'm going to wait for figures for *all* sales, not just online ones.

Introduce myself with 5 concerts?

Kansas
Yes
Rush
Billy Joel
...
And I'll cut a few others out for a more recent one: I've not only seen Post Sex Nachos, I've performed on stage with them, and my face appears as their spiritual grandfather on one of their album covers.
