Former Reid guy was actually a good staffer. His issue is that he’s on his third public persona now as to who he is/what he believes.

So cool that whenever someone asks the president, “did you eat the Lindbergh baby” he’s like, “no but I’d be allowed to, I have the right to, I might do it later”

Guys like this are usually a pain in the ass to deal with, think they know everything, as a result, nobody wants to work with them if they can help it.

But, yeah, guy that people should just block.

He’s a type of person anybody who ever had a hill job, even for only a few months, can clock a mile away.

Even if he made it a few years, it’s telling he doesn’t appear to have had any big promotions.

The leaks that are supposedly the basis of Comey’s firing and his prosecution are leaks that benefitted Trump.

incredibly, bleakly funny that trump is going after christopher wray, who spent his entire tenure at the fbi with his head down desperately trying to avoid trump's attention and did nothing to protect the bureau from trump's attacks www.wsj.com/politics/pol...
Other prosecutors are investigating former CIA director John Brennan, another prominent Trump critic, and former FBI director Christopher Wray, who was originally appointed by Trump but enraged conservatives who came to believe he had wielded the bureau’s powers against them. Former officials have received subpoenas in recent days in the Wray inquiry, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter.

WSJ: President Trump believed his Truth Social post demanding prosecutions of James Comey and other political foes was a private message to his attorney general, and "and was surprised to learn it was public."

The historically volatile Texas grid was entirely stable this summer, despite extreme temperatures. Grid operators never once had to ask Texans to conserve energy or shut off their air conditioners.

Why? Solar & batteries. Want a stable grid? Try solar & batteries.
Solar and batteries had a record-setting, grid-stabilizing summer in…
Solar has set 17 power generation records in Texas so far this year, shoring up the grid alongside batteries as some gas plant developers step back.

This was always where this is headed. Trump is an albatross around every Republican’s neck heading into the midterms. And he lacks the foresight and discipline to execute any sort of plan to reverse the trend.

They will unburden themselves of Trump by the midterms if his health doesn’t do it first.

If you look at select pollsters, who meet criteria for reliability, the approval numbers for Trump are dismal.
