Friends, I have two difficult updates to share about my close friend Eric.

The first is that in all likelihood, the cause of his blood clots and subsequent heart attack is cancer.

The second is that because of the American healthcare system, he is going to lose his insurance.🧵

There’s like 20 people here to advocate for demolition. There’s also a rep from CVS. They asked him what CVS’ plan is, and he essentially just said “I can’t really share any specifics”

Bussed in in the second day of #weekwithoutdriving for what is sure to be a banger of a legislative hearing - the potential DEMOLITION the Midway CVS, which is essentially a Heironymus Bosch painting come to life at one of the most important intersections in Saint Paul.

Day 1 of #WeekWithoutDriving. Biked, trained, bussed. It’s easy to take public transit without thinking twice when I’m going downtown or places along the Green Line; today is a day when there were a few trips where I would usually have justified hopping in the car. Excited to be breaking bad habits!

Sustain Saint Paul is also proud to endorse YES on City Question 1.

Yes on Question 1 will allow the Saint Paul to issue Administrative Citations that will enable the city to enforce its ordinances and change the behavior of bad actors without escalation to criminal courts.
