Gala dinner this evening.
Wore a borrowed sparkly jumpsuit, realised I was channelling Donna Troy, so told the friend who had loaned it to me.
Then explained (with visual aids) who Donna Troy is.
Anyway, I now own a sparkly jumpsuit because apparently I’m the closest person to an Amazon she knows.

I’ve increased the number of random compliments I pay to people (carefully - only things that are deliberate eg I think your outfit looks nice), and not once has it been anything but a positive experience.
Also I now know a lot more about where ladies buy their clothes, and which ones have pockets.
