I’m here for #ShakespeareSunday.

Currently between gardens, so enjoying yours vicariously. 🍏🍒
It shouldn’t be us scoring the cleaning ladies in public toilets. It should be them scoring us, and the companies who give them dilapidated areas to somehow keep clean and dry.

Reading a bunch of books this year has really solidified for me how awful the internet is in comparison nowadays. Obviously in terms of general hostility but more generally in terms of lack of depth, insight, reading comprehension, base of knowledge, etc

I genuinely affirmatively think that it is now a democratic imperative to spend as much time as you can offline. Read more offline. Socialise more offline. Discuss media you consume with other people offline. Out there is a real world full of people looking for real human connection - seize it

If I were a person not from Australia, I would also refrain from giving opinions based on potential disinformation on tragic events happening in Australia.

If you need to say something, you could express sympathy and sadness. Your political take is not helpful.

Kids are always innocent, no matter what. Mass shootings are always horrible. Always. Maybe the opprobrium for random people celebrating a children’s holiday on a beach should be a clue that you should shut up and evaluate why you feel like that.

Hey you ghoulish fucks, Hanukkah is primarily a children’s holiday and often given significance for Holocaust survivors. So maybe we can hold off on your amateur professor of international relations for one fucking day while Australia, which hasn’t been numbed to death and trauma of children, mourns

Tonight Stekkjastaur, the first of Iceland's 13 Yule Lads, comes down from the mountains. He likes to sneak into the sheep shed to drink milk from the ewes.

All the children put a shoe in the window for him to put a treat or a little gift in – if they have been good! The bad children get a potato.
